因應監管機構的指引，本公司的股票期權系統在網路安全上會進行升級，詳情如下: 

1. 客戶更改登入密碼必須包含英文及數位。 (例如:A123456)
2. 客戶使用交易平臺(包括手機及電腦版)閒置時間上限為30分鐘，逾時客戶必須重新進行登入。 
3. 客戶的任何電子裝置，倘若被本公司系統偵察到有不同地區IP登入交易系統的情況，本公司會透過電郵提示客戶。
4. 客戶最多只能透過３個電子裝置進行「雙重認證」綁定。(以每個帳戶計算)

因按金水平隨市況而調整，客戶隨時有可能被要求存入更多的按金。

If you cannot maintain the required margin in your Stock Futures/Options Account, you may sustain losses due to all or any of your position(s) being closed or executed by the company without your consent.
在無需事先通知客戶的情況下，如客戶之賬戶未能維持由公司訂定的所需按金金額，客戶之合約可能隨時被平倉或被行使，客戶可能因此而蒙受虧蝕。

據Google指出，全球不少Android(安卓)手機用戶當開啟任何APP時，均出現”彈APP”的情況；特別是當客戶透過Android(安卓)手機，登入銀行或各金融類別APP時，”彈APP”的情況均會出現。Google官方表示已全力搶修中，倘若客戶登入本公司的任何APP出現相關情況，請客戶按以下"新聞連結"，按內文程序進行復修；如有任何查詢，可向本公司任何分行查詢。

解決方法如下:(節錄於上述連結)

“倘若用戶遇上有關情況，可進入Google Play，在「應用程式和遊戲」的「已安裝」項目，找出「Android System WebView」，將其解除安裝並重新開機，就能暫時恢復正常。”

 

“如果 Google Play 無法正常啟動，則可以在手機「設定」，在「應用程式和通知」點擊查看全部應用程式，同樣找到「Android System WebView」，進入右上角的選項「解除安裝更新」。如「Android System WebView」無法更改，則可以嘗試停用 Chrome 瀏覽器。”
