• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chairman in both business affairs and personal issues;
  • Organize the daily calendars and prepare meeting materials for internal and external meetings and appointments;
  • Coordinate with different departments and follow up on daily operation matters;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal department and external parties on all matters pertaining to the Chairman;
  • Assist Chairman to handle emails & correspondences;
  • Deal with confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Coordinate with drivers and helpers to ensure smooth operations;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 year's solid executive secretarial experience;
  • Logical thinking, presentable, hardworking, smart and well organized;
  • Proactive, fast-paced, self-motivated and able to work independently;
  • Proficient in PC applications, e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is a MUST;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
