Assistant Property Manager

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leasing, sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties;
  • Handle all leasing, sale and purchase matters including tenancy renewal, review agreements, negotiation and handover of premises;
  • Manage property portfolio, leasing enquiries and property viewing arrangement;
  • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
  • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenant's fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works;
  • Maintain good relations with property developers, landlords, property agents and tenants as well as building management;
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Civil, Property, Building or related disciplines.
  • Holder of EAA license in Hong Kong is an advantage;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in portfolio management;
  • Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance and leasing procedures;
  • Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills with strong market sense.
  • Well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
