Deputy CFO

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole accounting operations of securities, futures, bullion, corporate finance and equity investments;
• Monitor the daily funding and cash flow of the group;
• Liaise with major banks for deposit rates and other banking facilities;
• Perform full accounting services, budgeting and reporting to the Group and its subsidiaries;
• Formulate and implement of accounting policies, procedure manuals and areas to improve the overall control of operation;
• Liaise with external auditors in interim and annual audit and other regulatory bodies e.g. SFC, HKEX whenever required;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by the group CFO.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent with 8 years of professional accounting or financial services accounting experience, preferable in financial institutions, banks, brokerage or securities firms;
• Sound knowledge in SFC/HKEx rules and regulations;
• Solid experience in securities (& futures) accounting, FRR, margin financing, IPO funding is a MUST;
• Responsible, hardworking, dedicated and strong market sense;
• Logical and sensitive to numbers.
