Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond to client's inquiries and provide professional solutions via online instant messaging;
- Answer client's incoming calls and handle various business inquiries and issues;
- Assist clients with the account opening process and review the accuracy of relevant application documents;
- Handle routine departmental clerical work, including filing, data entry, and organization;
- Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements & Qualification:
- HKCEE/DSE or above, with related experience in customer service preferred;
- Fresh graduate is also welcome with relevant experience;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
- Good team player, able to work under pressure and willing to learn;
- Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented.
