Responsibilities:

  • Handle the facility management of all company’s properties and provide technical advice and recommendations on repairing and improvement;
  • Responsible for the renovation project to ensure projects’ schedule, cost and quality are properly managed;
  • Formulate, present and monitor projects according to project schedule independently
  • Monitor and manage contractors, workmanship to ensure all fixtures and facilities in compliance with Bright Smart’s requirements and fully complied with all E&M and building facility requirement
  • Handle emergency incidents related to the property such as typhoon, flooding and electrical failure
  • Liaise with consultant / designer to work out the specification and engineering requirements of fitting-out work for tender

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in technical field – interior design, building services, building studies, surveying, electrical & mechanical studies
  • 5 – 8 years working experiences in store fitting-out works, familiar with Government regulations
  • Strong project management, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Good communication skill with landlord, internal department representatives and external parties
  • Able to handle correspondences independently
  • Good PC skills in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Chinese word processing) and AutoCad

 

工作職責:

  • 負責公司所有物業及設施管理,並提供有關維修和改善的建議;
  • 負責翻新及裝修項目,確保工程的進度、成本和質素得到妥善管理;
  • 制定、匯報和監督工程的進度;
  • 監督和管理承包商、做工以確保各種裝置和設施符合耀才的要求,並完全符合所有機電及建築設施的準則;
  • 處理所有與物業有關的緊急事件,如颱風、水浸和電力故障的影響;
  • 與顧問/設計師聯繫,以制定工程招標及報價的標準和要求  。

 

要求:

  • 持工程相關的高級文憑,如室內設計、屋宇設備、屋宇維修、測量及機電工程;
  • 5 - 8年的商鋪裝修工作經驗,並且熟悉政府相關監管法規;
  • 具備良好的項目管理、談判及溝通技巧和解決問題的能力
  • 與業主、相關部門代表和外部各方保持良好的溝通
  • 能夠獨立對外通訊
  • 良好電腦操作能力,如MS OfficeWordPowerpointExcel中文輸入)和AutoCad
