Finance Clerk

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Issue of monthly rental invoice, receipt & updated subsequent report;
  • Issue cheque payment, undated payment history & system data entry;
  • Handle correspondence with outside parties (payment by Post/Courier/by other);
  • Handle ad hoc tasks.

    

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 1 years relevant experience preferably gained from financial institutions;
  • Experiences in accounting software MYOB, MS Word & Excel is an advantage;
  • Responsible, hardworking, well-organized, able to work independently and be a good team player;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
