Assistant Administration Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of daily office administration & procurement functions;
  • Take leads on various company projects, including renovation, facility management, leasing, insurance, office properties purchasing and maintenance, etc.
  • Draft and negotiate with suppliers/contractors on office supplies and maintenance;
  • Execute internal document control and maintain effective documentation system;
  • Respond to service requests from different departments and ensure efficient and quality administrative service for the Group;
  • Review and set up administration workflow and procurement guidelines to optimize unit functions;
  • Supervise the team to provide support to internal staff such as mailing, office supplies, logistics supplies and recreational activities.

 

 Requirement Qualification:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in office administration gained in sizable organization;
  • Excellent knowledge in formulation of workflow and procedure;
  • Hand-on experience in document control system is a definite advantage; 
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, tactful in dealing with people from all levels;
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasked, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
  • Proficient in PC skills.
